Retrieval Instructions

Go to the Cashier Section and follow these simple instructions:
  1. Click on the "Withdraw Money" button.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the tab.
  3. Choose your withdrawal method.
  4. Enter your payment instruction details.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
While we will do our utmost to ensure that all withdrawals are paid out in the shortest possible time, certain factors beyond our control (such as limitations imposed by financial and/or banking institutions) may result in withdrawals taking longer than expected to reach your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your winnings will be sent to you immediately after the Security Department verifies the identification information you have sent. Failure to provide accurate information will result in a delay in the retrieval process.

  • Regular Mail Check: There is a $20 service charge to send your Check by regular mail.
  • Express Check: For a $40 flat fee, you can have your check sent by FedEx. Note that FedEx does not deliver to addresses with P.O. boxes.

Bank WireFunds will be wired directly to your bank account and credited within 7 to 10 business days. There is a $25 + 1.5% fee which will be deducted from your wire request. Additional charges from your bank or the intermediary bank may apply.$100
